New Creator Challenges!

We’ve decided to do something fun by creating a few challenges for you! These are themed challenges for creators who love to use their imagination and make something different.

The challenges are a contest against fellow creators, so be sure to make something great!

Challenge 1. Wicked Witchcraft – Interactive content

Create any witchcraft themed interactive content in Sinespace, like clothing, accessories, furniture item or a spawnable memento. The item needs to be interactive using the pre-built components in Sinespace SDK or scripted using Lua.

Judging Criteria

Entries will be judged based on theme, creativity, originality, interactivity and effective use of Sinespace components. Item needs to be submitted by the due date and marked publicly accessible (for sale in the shop, publicly accessible in a region or similar).

The winner receives $2000 + 1 year of Exclusive Creator membership

Runner up $1000 + 1 year of Exclusive Creator membership

Complimentary: 6 months of Exclusive Creator membership to all who successfully submitted an entry.

Submission Date: All Items must be submitted by October 28th at the latest

Challenge 2. Out of this world – Interactive world

Create a unique, interactive and outlandish environment using Sinespace SDK. The theme is “out of this world”, so create something unique, quirky and alien-like. The environment needs to be set up as a Sinespace home template and uploaded to the Sinespace preview server with a name and a description that best describes the world you have created.

Submission Date: Item must be sent for review by December 20th, 2019.

Challenge 3. Carnival games – mini-games

Create a unique and engaging mini game using Sinespace SDK and lua. The game can be any carnival-themed game, from maze run, shoot the aliens, to anything you can imagine. The gameplay needs to have a way for players to score normal and bonus points, along with a leader board. The game can be single-player, PVP or PvE.

Submission Date: Item must be sent for review by 10th of February 2020.

How to participate:

  • Go to sine.space/challenges
  • Log into your Sinespace account – if you don’t have an account, make a creator account.
  • Start the submission process by writing a project name and a small brief description of what you are going to build.
  • For final submission, please edit your entry, attach 3-4 images, include the name of your item that is on Sinespace, and a small video of it in action. ( you can change the name and description if you want to. ) 

But that's not all! Starting from the 28th September, we have Weekly Challenges! You can create any kind of item/region you want for the weekly challenges - The best item submitted will win $500! We will have more info on this in an upcoming blog.
